The Bristol Beer Factory, situated in one of the remaining buildings of the old Ashton Gate brewery in south Bristol, is a small independent brewery that uses locally grown malt and hops to produce these quality ales:

• No 7.: Traditional Best Bitter, 4.2%
• Sunrise: Smooth Pale Ale, 4.4%
• Red Dark: Dark English Ale, 3.8%
• Milk Stout: Creamy Stout, 4.5% Champion
• Exhibition: Rich Dark Ale, 5.2%
• Bristol Stout: Rich & Malty, 4.0%

Also available is a large variety of high-end spirits which include premium Polish vodkas, Scottish single malts and Cuban rums. We try our best to keep miles to a minimum.
