Mr Kobo is a North Wales based Artist and illustrator.
His bright, flowing and distinctive style of work beautifully experiments with colour and blends that captivate the viewer.
His illustrations are very much inspired by his travels and the cultures he has experienced which is captured in the magical and angelic characters he creates.

'Beards'
Simon's artwork starts as a doodle on a
scrap of paper, which can play havoc with the household utility bills!
He finds most of his characters and subjects in that first doodle.
A big fan of using found objects as 'canvasses' and things that have
been discarded by others, he creatively gives them a second life. He
also uses various objects for his work: roads, walls, boxes, lockups and
even the odd scrap car!
He enjoys using ink, sticks, brushes and spray paint and is also quite partial to an electric jigsaw.
Simon David Mills is an illustrator based in Bristol, England and is part of the illustration collective Drawn in Bristol.
