 The Bristol Beer Factory, situated in one of the remaining buildings of the old Ashton Gate brewery in south Bristol, is a small independent brewery that uses locally grown malt and hops to produce these quality ales:
- No 7: Traditional Best Bitter 4.2%
- Sunrise: Smooth Pale Ale 4.4%
- Acer: Light & refreshing with lots of hops 3.8%
- Milk Stout: Creamy Stout 4.5%
- Exhibition: Rich Dark Ale 5.2%
- Bristol Stout: Rich & Malty 4.0%
